VERMONT

  • HEN OF THE WOOD

We opened Hen of the Wood - Burlington in October 2013. Our Burlington restaurant is the sister restaurant to our original Hen of the Wood in Waterbury.

Our ethics are still the same and the menus change daily, based on a wealth of premium products found only miles from the restaurant. We have established a network of growers, artisans, designers, ranchers, bakers, wild crafters, and many more who are striving for both environmental harmony and continued growth. These relationships are what drive our restaurants!

  • LEUNIGS BISTRO

Leunig’s Bistro first opened its doors in 1980 as Church Street’s premiere coffee shop and cafe. The cafe proved an instant hit among Burlington’s original hipster crowd- serving local artists, business professionals and youth alike. The bar echoed with the sounds of the espresso machine and Edith Piaf and transported customers back to old world European cafes.

  • FARMHOUSE TAP

Farm-to-table gastropub in the heart of downtown Burlington serving lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch. Seasonal outdoor beer garden and downstairs Parlor bar featuring craft beer from Vermont's backyard and beyond. The main indoor dining room is open to online reservations for lunch and dinner. Outdoor seating areas are always first come, first served. Spacious waiting areas with full bars are available if there is a long waitlist. Unfortunately we do not allow pets in our restaurant, but service animals that meet the state of Vermont's requirements are welcome.
